My name is Miss Jodi Carr. I am 56 years old and I have been married to a wonderful man, Mr. Charley, for 32 years. I have 2 grown sons, Mikel age 27 and Matthew age 26. I also have a grandson, Winter James age 3 1/2. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy time with my family and friends, sewing, creating crafts with my Cricut, reading and working around my house. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. After more than 30 years working as a nanny and teaching in many childcare centers in New York, California, Arizona, and Indiana, I decided to open my home and create a preschool where children can learn and grow in a safe, loving environment. I have more than 1000 hours of continued training throughout the years, including Safe Sleep, Child Abuse Prevention, Early Childhood Brain Development and I am CPR/First Aid Certified.
My name is Miss Emily Walker. I am 26 years old and I have 2 children of my own. My daughter Kinley is 5 years old and my son Bentley is 3 years old. I enjoy reading and I am a huge hockey fan. I have been working with children for about 5 years. I absolutely love working with little minds and watching them grow into their little personalities. I have many hours of continued training, including CPR/First Aid, Safe Sleep, Child Abuse Prevention, Indiana Early Learning Standards and Indiana's Introduction To the Early Childhood and Out of School Learning Profession Modules 1-4.
